Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an extra day or two — we'll always notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Delivery estimates

  • UK Standard Delivery: [7–14] business days — Free on orders over £30, £[4.99–6.99] under £30
  • UK Express Delivery (if offered): [3–5] business days —

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please allow extra time during busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow [24–48] hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays
Occasionally shipments face delays due to customs processing, courier volume, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [support email] and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or damaged packages
Cozento is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or you believe it's been lost in transit, contact us at [support email] within [7] days of the expected delivery date, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.

International orders
